The international public organization “Andrey A. Hudyakov Center for Linguistic Research” (“Hudyakov Center”) is a membership-based, voluntary, self-governing, non-profit organization established and operating under the Russian law (Federal Law No. 82-FZ of 19 May 1995).
The Hudyakov Center was founded by the colleagues, students and friends of Professor Andrey A. Hudyakov. The mission of the Center is to support, organize and conduct scientific research in the fields of theoretical, experimental and applied linguistics. Another mission of the Center is to preserve, develop and disseminate Professor Hudyakov's scholarly ideas.

Current members of the Scientific and Technical Council are Dr. Elena S. Kokanova (Learned Secretary), Dr. Elena A. Bakhmoutova and Dr. Hui-Hsien Feng. The Council has been elected through 02 January 2020.
